- This is the airport we recommend flying into as it is the closest to the venue, about a 1 hour drive.- If utilizing the shuttle, this is the location that you will be picked up and dropped off.

We are providing accommodation for these 3 nights. Dates cannot be extended.

1. Rent a Car:- Rent a car so that you can come and go as you please.- Ideal if you would like to explore the area or plan on extending your trip.- If utilizing this option, you must obtain an international driver permit (IDP) 2. Shuttle:- Pickup on 08/06 from the Florence airport and drop off at your accommodation.- You will also be brought back to the Florence airport on 08/09.- Ideal if you do not want to extend your trip.- If choosing this option, please let us know ahead of time so that we can coordinate pick-up times and locations.
